This is insure that you are using the number and the number belongs to you. After that, You will receive an OTP code. By entering the OTP code, you will be redirected towards a new enrollment page. Here you will get pop-up notification attached with Nepali Typing Keyboard format link.
And click on close button and new page appears there. After that add new enrollment for further process as seen on below picture.
Step 2: New enrollment For National Identity Card
Now let's move forward, click on the new enrollment option to continue to fill up the form. In the first page, you will have to fill the personal details like Name, DOB, Gender, Education, Current Marital Status, as well as your current Profession.
Here you will have provide your personal details in both Nepali and English Language. If you are not familiar with Nepali Typing, try to learn from the above Nepali Typing Keyboard format. Now after filling up all the information in the first page then click the next or save button on the bottom right corner. Afterwards you will be redirected to the next page for your contact details.
Step 3: Filling Up Contact Details
The next step is to fill up your permanent as well as temporary address. Here you will have to provide details in citizenship as permanent address and for temporary address provide your current address. If both addresses are the same click on the box to copy your permanent address as your temporary. Press the next button for adding up your families details after you have provided all the information.
Step 4: Add family details
The next step is to fill up family details, where you need to provide your
father's, Mother's, Grandfather's, Grandmother's, Spouse details according to their citizenship. The mandatory Information has been marked by an asterisk "*" which should compulsively provided. The mandatory details may consist of the first name and surname while you may choose whether to provide the citizenship details or not. Then, click on the next button for further process for appointment date selection.
Step 5: Select the appointment date and Office Near
Moving forward to selection of appointment date. Here applicants can choose the date of biometric and location or place near you. After filling up all the personal, address and family details you will be able to choose biometric date. After you select the appropriate date and location for you biometric, press the next button to continue to next.
Note: The date must not be a public holiday, there must be quota's available for selected date and time must be 10am to 4pm.
After that you will be redirect to the new page review your information. In this page you will be seen your entire details you provided in step 1 to step 5. You can check either your information is correct or not. If the information need to be corrected go back and correct it. And then click on submit button, now finally you have submitted the online application for your
